- Please make sure items are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: shipping costs are usually non-refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
3. Exchanges
- Want the same item in a different size or color? Simply return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
